I stayed there for 3 days , & it's clean & hygienic measuring covid norm . Front office Mr Saurabh & on housekeeping Mr Kismet Ali they were very much responsive. I feel its a best in howrah even better than fortune panchwati where previously I used to stay. Good connectivity on its on main mumba

Room is comfortable with modern amenities. Location is very good too. Staff are cooperative and welcoming. Good place for family stay. Food was also very delicious and healthy also.I will recommend to all for staying here.

Due to limited number of star hotel in howrah, I wanted to book this property however while I gave a call for early check in at 10:30 hours, the person who picked up the call first , initially mentioned early check in subjects to availability. Again I called at 21:35 hours at the given mobile number

The stay was good. No issues with rooms and food. The staffs are all humble and helpful. I had fun with my friends. The rooms were cozy, and view was nice from the room too. Will surely suggest to my friends to come here again. It was a great experience overall

Couldn't believe the class and awesome hospitality offered at the hotel. A must say Excellent food and Service. Panj Tara the restaurant serves traditional Delhi food 🍴🍕🍔The staff are very courteous and helpful

Good location. Proper Hygiene maintained. Very cooperative nature. Nice foods. Well maintained hotel room. All employees were very supportive in nature. Cafeteria very well maintained. Proper hygiene in canteen. Every where there is neat and clean.
