Perfect stay at the hotel.Would recommend it definitely for stay.The hotel staff is nice and very co-operative.I had no issues regarding the service provided at the location which is a good place for people coming new to Indore.

The Hotel calls itself a 3 Star but the service is very poor. They don't do your room, they don't replace the water or the room tea/coffee. Property is value for money. location is good and rooms are nice and clean. However this place is not for business travellers as there wifi still works at 3-4 mbps so if u plan to work from your room then forget it and you can’t connect on WhatsApp etc .

Food was good and staff is friendly.On special request food was served when the management has special attention. Isha (OP manager ) is very cooperative. Good stay good food from last 4 years. Rooms are very clean and safety measures were taken.

Not enough items in breakfast. Same poha, idli and aloo paratha for 4 consecutive days. The quality of tea has also degraded. Custom breakfast like sandwich on request is also of poor quality. The toaster itslef is not working. In one slot, the bread got burnt and in second slot, it did not toast it
