Wow Hotels Indore, is one of the worst hotels in terms of service. In the conference we arranged, there was very slow service for food and they do not even provide wifi for 2 devices. The rooms are very small with respect to the charges applied. They have lost some of my meeting material due to care

This is one of the new hotels of Indore and quite modern. Rooms are well furnished and bath rooms are fitted with Tote Brand sanitary items.The break fast spread is extensive. But the service is pathetic..,no smiles in the face of staff..seems to be untrained and always under stress.

Hotel Wow is one of my favourite places to stay in Indore. It has a beautiful and grand lobby. The staff in the reception are very helpful & professional. Checkin was smooth though the lobby was extremely crowded. The Manager at the desk assisted promptly. The room was neat & clean with a good view.

Check in time should be in the morning it’s 2 p.m.Food was average compare to the cost. You should definitely provide two cards per room so that any of the member in the room could access your lift. Really hoping that next visit would be better.
