I had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Hotel well maintained and the breakfast and services was nice and fast.

Fully satisfied.there was no any complained against the service. Sohadev and Anirban is really a good server. Throughly enjoyed the dinner along with drinks. The ambience is really good at skygrill came after long time to shillong and nothing could have been better. Other than coming to polo towe

Excellent hotel great service. The room was clean , spacious and had all the basic amenities that we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The people in the reception were very helpful such a positive service attitude is highly commendable.
