The hotel had two buildings with one having a terrace. The terrace view was wonderful and astonishing. The rooms were made of wood to keep them warm. However, the hotel is pretty far away from the Kalimpong market. The neat and clean hotel with all facilities. Manager of the hotel is very cooperative. Food are good but problem there is no lift so it is very painful to go basement by staircase for breakfast or dinner. Bathroom is neat and clean. The ambiance is very nice, neat and calm.

A budget serene hotel amidst the hustle bustle of kalimpong. 5 minutes from the city centre yet, amidst a peaceful garden with spacious room and good service with food. Highly recommended! There is a cute small garden overlooking the hills where you can enjoy your evening tea!

By far, the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The poorest management and insufficient room service. The food was terrible and not on time. Did nothing to co-operate. No offered amenities were working like geyser, kettle and even a dustbin.

The most horrible hotel i have been till now. The food was pathetic. Room was worst bed was at one side and fan was on the other side one of its kind. it was decent location, about 1.5 km far from main market, food was good, nice hospitality, had ordered flowers bouquet which was perfectly arranged in my room, nice staff, room was comfortable, airy and good size
