I entered kanpur , its not suburb was expecting ok kinda hotel.I enter and was surprised to see a good lawn and nice plantation. Rooms are good and room service is also alright. Its different from typical hotel as its part of an house converted into hotel. The safe bet is if you do not like it share

Attic hotel is located near civil lines in Kanpur. This is an old colonial property converted to hotel. The front gardens gives it a resort like appearance . The rooms are much bigger then the conventional hotels , the bathroom is also very large space, however it seems the rooms need overhauling an

The title justifies all. Very well spoken & courteous staff.. All in all a very good experience. If ur preference is a smell free rooms & toilets then this is for u.. Located in civil lines which is a very quiet & clean area.

4 of us stayed at the Attic at the beginning of November 2011. On arrival the gardens and outside of the hotel made it appear very pleasant. We were given the 'cottage' at the back of the hotel, 3 ensuite roms and a living/dining space, which sounds much grander than it was. The place was less then

Located in an old bangalow, the hotel is 'guest house' type and lacks usual professional attitude. However staff is courteous and gives home-feeling. Suits to my nature, as we were on a private visit to the city.

The Hotel location and ambiance is very very good. An old colonial property, it has large rooms. The rooms however badly needs renovation and so does the bathroom. AC vent was smelly which they tried to cover up by liberal use of room freshener.

This is a really nice property to stay in . The rooms are big because this hotel is really old and bathroom is well maintained. They also have a beautiful garden and a cafe/restaurant which is really nice . It's a heritage property experience .

Loved stayed here. Bit costly. but really very green and nice place. Break fast is hygienic and nice.. we stayed nearly 3 days and enjoyed a lot with kids.. center to all places.. clean rooms and bathroom.
