Location of the hotel was prime concern for the stay as the tour was of 9 days. Hotel staff was courteous. Food was tasty. Specially two female staff maybe from north east part of India were really professional and eager to serve at restaurant. Overall very comfortable stay. Housekeeping staff also

Had a great stay at this hotel. An absolutely splendid silver jubilee event was organized by the hotel staff. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable and well equipped. A good hotel with good city approachability.Had a chance to stay for a week and was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious did not remember people name, all all were nice and very kind. Got a small gift at the time of departure which always remind me of this hotel. Keep the good spirit going on

I had booked the Venue for a function on 10th October. Wrong commitments were made by Mr. Vikash Srivastava and the servicing was also not as per the contract. When we highlighted the same, team refused to acknowledge the earlier made promises at the time of the booking and was rude to us.

This Hotel is very well built up and nicely maintained.Near to market and is in posh area.. We celebrated our anniversary there which was very well organized.. Would mention Chef Kisan and Gautam from HK who is made our event memorable. I recommend this hotel..Would visit soon
