The hotel has great location but rest all is useless.No cleanliness. Bathrooms are not good.Room interior is also a problem. Just basic amenities.Room service is also a problem.Restaurant is a place to avoid as there were cockroaches moving around.Breakfast was also with very few basic dishes.Funny

Rooms with excellent ocean view. Great view from the terrace to watch sun rise and sun set. Walkable distance to the ferry terminal, Kanyakumari temple, ocean walk, Gandhi Mandapam and Kamalesh memorial. Good view of Vivegananda rock and Thirudan Valluvar statue. Rooms with good amenities. Rest

Stayed for one night. Informed the hotel about the arrival time in advance. When reached at 3 pm , they said room was not ready. They allocated a very bad room with extremely small toilet where one person cannot stand without touching the walls. Very old hotel with rooms not tidy.No room service or

The good point of the hotel is the location, very close to the beach and terrific views of the sea. However, many areas of improvement required. There was only 1 power outlet / charging point in the whole room! I asked about this to the Main Reception and was told that all rooms have only 1 plug p

Extremely horrible experience. It's just like a lodge with ac. Bedsheets dirty, blanket had bobblings all over, looked like hasn't been changed in a million years. They mention toiletries but provide two tiny medimix soaps. TV wasn't working. When we asked then they recharged it and even after that

To get cheaper rates try booking directly from hotel. V got beautiful rooms in 5th floor with an amazing view. I regret not taking the room pics. The front desk were very cordial and helpful. One of the worst stay. They charged so heavily but then the rooms were awful and the food court was horrible. They have maintained the car parking area so well but least importance given to the basic amenities. I have no words to explain how bad the stay was. I would strongly recommend not to choose
