I stayed at the Lavisto for 2 nights in November for a short visit to the Kohima Cemetery. The location is perfect, 50 meters from the entrance to the cemetery and in the heart of the town. Accommodation choices are limited in Kohima but the Lavisto ticks all the boxes. Clean, tidy and friendly, the staff are exceptional, the restaurant was fantastic, we had all our meals there. Located right in the centre of town, opp kohima war cemetery.Parking is a bit of a problem - it's first come first basis.-The rooms were near & clean,- Service was very courteous & professional - Food was excellent.Will definitely stay there again.Worth the price you are paying.
