Very clse to city center, nice food and excellent royal stay. This was the cheapest hotel I found in Kohima an also the best one. This is way better than Japfu. This was old deputy commissioner's bungalow at the british times.Awesome place and if you are in Kohima this is the place to stay

Amazing property at kohima. Old style bungalow at its colonial charm. Very peaceful place along with great views and very comfortable stay. I think this is the best option in Kohima if you love to stay at peaceful place. also note that you need to book the room very much in advance.
