Good hotel at the heart of city. Clean, neat and comfortable rooms, Good service. Value for money. We got a room at the 4th floor. Nice view from the room. We enjoyed the food which was really excellent.

What a room space .. room amenities for this cost is 10 star from my side , front the office and housekeeping service was excellent. Parking facilities and restaurant is great. The kizhibiriyani i had is very delicious. They can also provide travel facilities in kottayam. Overall full star .

Stay away from this hotel We stayed in royal suite with the assumption that you pay more for better services. However the amenities in the room wasn’t working . The AC didn’t work , neither does the intercom . In bath room the shower is leaky and the rooms were dusty. Absolutely not cleaned at all!!

A worthy Comfortable stay in the heart of kottayam . Location of the hotel is easily accessible and they have a warm welcoming and helpful front staff. Rooms are really spacious, neat and tidy and the meals in their restaurant are also great .

It was a very pleasant stay. Good ambience, cleanliness, High wifi strength , over and above the fine attitude of the staff especially the Manager Mr. Varun. I recommend Daan residency and their price is low comparing to other hotels nearby.
