No doubt the hotel is new and having neat and clean rooms but as there is a common parking for the bar and the hotel hence there is no security for the car parked and no guarantee for it being safe. When issue is raised there is no concern from the staff or the owner. Instead I was blamed for raising the issue and no solution was given. Worst experience. Less transparent. Cheating . Manger and staffs are not pleasing and cheating customers with the food . I conducted a party of 140 family members and attended only 135 members . Hotel charged me 145 members price and argued

Staff in the bar treated badly, no standard, no respect, poor service. Not focusing to the cusumer, in attentive , not caring cannot accept. Neef to give training. He is looking to mobile phone not caring

It was a good hotel to stay for official purpose. Even though the staffs are less in number, they managed to reach my expectations on services of that hotel... Food and services felt quite good for me.... The hotel does their maximum with what they have. Overall fine... Thank you....

very clean, spacious rooms with many amenities. Friendly staff. Had nice breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Nice location with plenty of parking space. Will stay again if visiting Kottayam. Reasonable cost.
