We were there for lunch today and opted for the buffet as i have previously had and really enjoyed.This time it was served in a very tightly packed hall with just two waiters .The seating priorities was not given any importance. The hotel is just opposite to KSRTC stand. Very convenient location in Kottayam. The rooms are clean & neat with good bathrooms. The Service is good. The breakfast was not good, just OK. The reception persons to be trained better to handle the guest at the time of check in. needed more than 20 mins to get my keys . rooms are ok but need some maintenance as its not maintained well. food is really good.recommendation to the people who wants to check in- Ask for clean and nice rooms.

The hotel room are not ventilated properly . The room service are very slow and only available in a very limited timings.Don't book the vehicle through hotel as they change tariff post completion of the journey. Why hotel can't provide proper printed tariff card to avoid such a situation where they

There is poor service and then there is Déjà Vu. We got here at 8.15 pm to find half the restaurant ‘reserved’ so we waited for a table to clear. An hour later, we hadn’t even been served beverages. The restaurant was poorly staffed and service was at a glacial pace.

Though Arcadia at Kottayam stays is 3 star, the rooms and facilities are not to that extent. I stayed for two nights but the room was not comfortable. I went there for a night stay. As I reached, they made me wait for an hour from 8.45 pm to give the room. Later, next day morning, they made me wait for a room service for an hour, but... They did not serve. I left the room late for the meeting. And lost one important day badly
