Highly unprofessional... They dont even provide blanket for rooms. There was nobody in the reception for help. Then i went searching for someone and find a guy sleeping inside the store room. I asked him for blanket. That guy simply left the room without saying anything. We waited him for like 20-30 minutes. Then i called to a number written on the door of reception area.
