This hotel is situated just 700 meter away from the famous Kozhikode beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is well mannered and polite. Front desk executive speaks Hindi as well as English.Breakfast is not up to the mark and tasty although they serve South Indian as well as North Indian dishes but they repeat same menu everyday so if you are staying there for more than two to three days than you

That was really a worst experience from Grand suite Kozhikode. I feel the review in TripAdvisor/google are fake or requested ones. Poorly maintained. No proper parking. Very small and congested room with poor lighting. Worst behavior or attitude from staffs. They don't have time to answer any querie

Looks small and not very noticeable from the outside but the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Housekeeping is done quite well. My family was on a short visit to calicut and needed a stay for a night. This is a neatly maintained facility in town with easy access to all major points. Very close to the famous Paragon hotel which will satisfy your food requirements. Hotel rahmath for beef biriyani is nearby. Beach is at a walk

Nice hotel just 300m from Calicut beach. It’s in the city centre in the market. Food was nice so as the secrvices. Bike rental is available near to hotel and also staff is supportive and prompt. Food is having lesser options but taste wise they are good.
