The provided heater is not enough hot for such a big room. The toilet and shower room are in separated. The toilet flushing have issue with low pressure to push down. It is necessary to improve. The din

The hotel is nice but a little dated. We were with a large group on a tour, so we took up many rooms and not all of them had good air conditioning. But the restaurant buffet meals were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very good hotel with an excellent restaurant. They opened the restaurant for me at 6am for breakfast on the day I left. Rooms a little chilly, but there was a heater that warmed it up. Room was very large and well appointed.

W e stayed here one night in January with a Buddhist pilgrimage tour. The room was a disaster. The tub in the bathroom was covered in rust spots and the bathroom and toilet was filthy. There were slippers in the room for both of us which was a nice touch. The problem was that they were used and filt

Rooms are extra large. The building is a bit old and bathroom is not the best. You need to pay for Wifi available only at the lobby area. But the location was superb and staff was excellent. Especially the manger Mr Gupta. He made sure the food was for our liking and personally went to the kitchen a

A nice environment, comfortable room, but not well maintained, good food, a good place to stay when on pilgrimage, courteous service.Expected a better place as we had stayed in another Lotus Nikko sometime earlier, (if I remember correctly in Nepal) which was beautifully maintained.

The room was really huge. Room cleanliness was reasonable. Could only receive the wifi at lobby and restaurant. The hotel has a huge backyard. Food at dinner and breakfast were just ok. Service was just ok. Might consider this hotel again if I have to return to Kushinagar.

There is nothing good to right about this hotel.it is a cheap hotel from every standard, but price they are charging of a five star. Had the price been about Rs 2000, this was an ok place to stay . But for the price of Rs 6000,this seems blatant looting. Hotel imperial seems only staying worthy place

There is often reference to the poor state of UP & Bihar hotels, and the less demanding needs of those on the 'Buddhist circuit'. Without this context, the Lotus Nikko Hotels - we used the ones here, Bodhgaya (better), Sravasti (worse) - were friendly, acceptably clean, large old style rooms, a litt

A nice hotel with big room and even can stay up to 4 pax in a room. Friendly staffs from front desk to kitchen and even cleaner, they are sincere in their welcoming and of course the GM, Mr Gupta is a very kind and friendly person. A place you should not miss when you are in Kushinagar
