The Imperial is a very good hotel to stay in Kushinagar. Rooms are spacious and clean, location is convenient and to top it all the restaurant is excellent.

Yes,it is expensive but the rooms are very big and toilet-bathroom are clean, really very clean. And people that work in the hotel are very kind and helpful...There are not many restaurants in Kushinagar so,maybe you'll decide to eat in the hotel. Food is not so good. My husband and I stayed at "The Imperial Kushinagar" for four nights and were very satisfied overall.The staff was very friendly, reliably accessible, open to questions and special requests, took time for us and some spoke very good English. They also helped us a lot with our onward journey in India

I went with 4 people and rented 2 rooms here for 6,000 rupees/1 room/1 day, the room uses quite old electrical equipment (AC, Fan, Toilet, especially water heater system) in both of our rooms. There was no hot water. I called the front desk 4 times and ended up having to take a cold shower with an

It was really memorable stay, very peaceful atmosphere. Away from city noise, in between greenery all around. Hotel is located very near to places of interest. We stayed at the Imperial Kushinagar from April 8-12, 2014 during the low season. We were the only guests in the hotel but were still charged high season rates. There was no hot water (perhaps not surprising since no one else was helping to move hot water through the building). The wifi never wor
