Good hotel to stay for short visit . Hotel is in the heart of the city. Near to Meenikashi Temple. One must take a OLA to visit the temple instead of taking a private cab which is more convenient .......

Rooms are spacious. Other than that everything was worst.Tv was not working, no coffee maker, safe was just there. They provide nothing as they mentioned in the booking websites.bathroom was worst. Taps were not working properly.Average.

Great ambience and good food. The behavior of the staff was very courteous, welcoming with pleasing manners. The food was very diverse and with delicious. Stay in the hotel gave a feeling of living in a villa with a traditional ambience. Will visit again.

Very Bad experince. Except the extremly humble staff and good food, my stay was a terrible experince. Broekn bath rooms, AC failed and they changed room at night upon request. But they were not proactive to say Ac failed . No room service. dial 600 no one takes call. When I returend late evening the

Check in Process very quick even at midnight. Nice excellent stay , food was good separately mention Venpongal with sambar vada. staff was very friendly. If i visit madurai surely i will stay this hotel only.

hotel itself is quite interesting. love the architecture and its location, especially Mr. Shankar and staffs are friendly , so that was lovely. the room was very comfortable, great bed, great views, good foods.
