The location of the Hotel was only a 10 minute walk to Sri Meenakshi Amman Temple and close to the many sites in the Old Town. All of the staff were very professional from reception, waiters and porters, but especially housekeeping (for Room 415), who went that extra mile to ensure your comfort. The

Had a comfortable stay with the well maintained neat and spacious room. Food served is hygenic and tasty. Keep it up its Royal. It's acccebillity very close to railway station is an added advantages. Easy access to temples and even close to bus station

Perfect choice for safety stay. Hotel staffs are fully vaccinated, every floor has separate sanitizer dispenser. Rooms are perfect size. Well maintained. Food was delicious specially grill chicken and prawn on weekend days.

This is one of the best hotels in Madurai and washrooms are very good , comfortable , clean and neat . Rooms are serviced on daily basis, even towels are changed on daily basis which i have not seen in many hotels . Breakfast buffet average . Located at prime location. Room services are immediately

At check in, there were 2 people working, but we were asked to wait for 5 minutes to check in. Rooms were very spacious and clean with good amenities. Also, their staff in the buffet, room service as well as cleaning staff are all very hard working and responsive to any needs. Shout out to the excel

We checked into the hotel today morning and felt extremely nice about the way they received us . We hand a very smooth Check in proceedure . We requested for few extra requirements that was needed for our stay and they were very promptly done by the staff. They are extremely courteous and friendly.
