The hotel was booked in flexible hours and even we informed them in evening that we are on the way and will reach around 9 pm they didnt make the room ready, They asked to wait for 30+ minutes at 10 PM to clean the room. We went to Madurai during our trip to Periyar/Thekkady/Madurai/Rameswaram from Bangalore and stayed here in Madurai Residency for one day...On entering the hotel, we received a warm welcome from the team. Pls check if there are floors with no smoke smell, even if u opt for no smoking rooms. Rooms were extremly smaller than shown & no value for money. Rooms where extremly smaller & not clean. Not value for money.Location is near to temple & Service was good, but its of no use of if rooms were smaller
