Stayed here for a night in Feb 2020 during one of the business visits to the city. Its location is very good if coming by train as its right on the railway station. From the airport its around 15 kms and costs approx. 420 Rs. by airport cab. Very near (approx. 1.2 kms ) to the famous Meenakshi templ

Stone's throw from Madurai station. As soon as you come out of Madurai Railway station, one can enter the hotel from back side. Food is ok. Front side on busy road side. Rooms are big and comfortable.Tea coffee maker in the room. Staff quite polite

We have come in a package trip with IRCTC today. Every thing is wrong in the hotel. The food was horrible, stale, no proper items, nobody to replenish or serve, washroom is stinking. Worst part is I have asked for drinking water 40 mins back so far not supplied. Bed sheets are soiled ones. They have

It was a best experience . Rooms are excellent,And gives a plesant atmosphere. Amazing front office staff. Her reciving manner is too good, she is very humble and polite. She guides me very well. also hotel need some maintanance :) other than that every thing is ok🙃

First of all, we expect to have a clean room. None of the cloths in the bed were fresh. Not even cleaned.When asked the HK staff told they don't know.Drinking water was not provided. Three times called for getting water, still not provided. Height of customer service. Rooms were dusty.. all these i

Big room, small wash room with no separation of bath area and wash area. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Towels are aged. Door mat outside of bathroom annoys. Overall a place that can probably be compromised for its location and price. I did not use their restaurant.

Visited in March 24. This hotel doesn't stand to the amount they charge for rooms. A.C. is a major issue, we changed room but result was same. Bedding n pillow covers were dirty. Towels were like door mats. Bathroom were not properly. Kindly avoid this hotel.

Hotel is located close to all the main places. Good rooms , service etcWe are very happy the service they provided.All rooms are brand new with good atmosphere. Its next to railway station and 700 mtrs away from the temple. And you could find goods restaurants neatby.
