The bedrooms were clean enough, serviced well, restaurant was acceptable, but unfortunately the reception desk staff were not very helpful. Restaurant serves tasty north indian food but services are good only on weekends. On weekdays services are not worth a mention. We had food 3 times in a period of 2 days and its services kept on deteriorated with every meal.

Except for the good location, there is not many positives about this hotel. Based on the facilities and the response of the staff, it can rather be called a decent lodge than a three star hotel. They do not know how to handle the facilities for a good hotel. Just one example: they have a coffee

I do not advise this hotel even though I know it has been suffering from the effects of the pandemic. The room was clean, but there was no water in the shower, no toilet paper and the shower curtain was dirty.The sheets were torn and old and in the restaurant one had to constantly ask for menus help

This is an ok kind of hotel to lay your head for a night or two at the most. The room was ok although we couldn’t switch the tap off fully so it dripped all night. There’s no restaurant and no WiFi which as a traveller are two thing you need. The staff we ok and helped as much as they could. Decor n

Good Hotel, Normal Rooms. Room service / house keeping is bad. No breakfast and no resturant. Centally located, near to railways station and Temple. Hotel have two side entrance and safety wise lot of compromise. Hotel have BAR but no resturant is unacceptable

Passport and wallet stolen while i was asleep from my LOCKED room, Hotel then bribed the police to say that i lost both items while touring the temple, so as to save their name. Dont stay here if you value your passport and your cash and your holiday!!

We stayed here for a night & it is very near to the railway station. It was good stay... Good hospitality provided by the staff like you are getting it in 5 star hotels. Rooms are quite clean & rest rooms are decent. Breakfast was very tasty and good. Hired a travel service from them for rameshwaram

This hotel is near to station. Poor rooms. Old styled. Bad service. Not worth any money. I had to call 4 numbers before I got to know that drinking water was charged. Food average. Ambience below average, parking below average elevators not worth a rating. I do not know if anything else needs to be
