The rooms are well furnished.This hotel was the one which was within my budget. The service is good but the rooms were not exactly clean. I had to ask room service to change my sheets as they looked mouldy. And my shower wasn't working well. I was looking for a simple place to stay in Madurai which is central. We had checked in at 8.30 am. And went to resturant for breakfast. Mr. Unnasan hotel manager denied even if we were willing to pay he said u will have to order it in your room he will not serve tea here. We were allotted rooms on 5 floor and lift was not working in a group of 13 person there were 4

Stayed back in 2016 when the hotel was new. Expecting the same we booked again. Sadly the hotel is in a bad condition now. Lift under repair we had to use the service lift which was used by staff for groceries, garbage and laundry. No bell boy to help with luggage. Rooms in very dilapidated state. B

My 3 week stay was great.. The service and hospitality were beyond what I expected. Room was clean, Good room service very comfortable bed with very good housekeeping. Highly recommended... Location was really good. The only place I've ever stayed where the whole staff greeted me with a small cake

This hotel seriously needs a proper renovation. The pictures on the website or in any booking page is fake (not match with the actual hotel room condition). Not sure why India agent is suggesting this MMR Hotel. Staff services is very poor and very rude. Room 804- towels so dirty- power plug broken-

It was a nice stay, rooms where really good with centralized AC, Nice view on the 9th floor. Breakfast options are limited but really nice. I would suggest this hotel to everyone. Pleasant Stay. Car parking also limited but they have both covered and un covered parking.
