Really appreciated the quality of food as also the room decor.Mr.Suraj was very much enthusiastic to cater all the needs of every guest.Word NO is not in his dictionary. Excellent.. outstanding Location very near to Lake( walkable)Can sav tax if use local transport ( since location before entry

I checked the reviews before coming to the hotel. Rooms were identical as in the picture, and someone posted there’s no ‘no word’ from the staff and that's entirely true.We needed a wine opener at midnight, and the staff provided us not like other hotels where they don’t respond at midnight.Thanks t

The hotel to visit in Mahabaleshwar. Clean and neat, good staff, good food. The staff at this hotel never say no for any service we need even it's not available, they will find out a way and complete all your requirements.

Our stay was ok till the point room next to us had guests playing loud music, creating ruckus and nuisance till late at night like throwing bottles, shouting, etc (it is 1am when I am writing this review). The walls are wafer thin. Nobody from hotel available anywhere to complain or take any action,
