Hotel is Good. Location wise, it is just before the Venna Lake. Breakfast is just about good, considering the Price Point and Location (Hills).Parking facility is there for Self Drive option. Considering the Price Point, Location and Time of Year, the hotel is good for 2-3days of stay.

ProsLocation of this hotel is very good right on main road and near to Veena lake. If you are with family, this hotel is a good option. Hotel has dedicated resturant, you can get milk any time for your kids.ConsCleaness of toilet should be improved there is smell all the time.

The hotel is neat and clean. People are really helpful, especially Mr.Vicky, Mr.Kiran & Mr.Rupesh. All are helpful. Rupesh is a person who is always helpful for whatever needed. Marvellous service, beautiful view and very hygienic and clean. Special Thanks to Rupesh.

Very good hotel, location and food is good. The guy who handles Mr.Vicky is an amazing person and a helping hand in need. Rupesh the one who handles the room services is such an outstanding person. Always helpful and available all day and night. Rupesh has never said no for anything when asked for.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Winter town. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff offered good service whenever required. It was an excellent stay. The staff were very humble and cooperative. Rooms were very neat and clean. One of the best place to stay in Mahabaleshwar. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. When I search this hotel in Mahabaleshwar for staying.. I saw images they provided while booking

Staff was not welcoming to guest, no room freshners ,tissues , kettle given in room. Bathroom was smelling bad continuously. Wifi was not working in between. Breakfast was pathetic. Not sure when it was made. No taste at all !!
