This is just an average hotel and the building is very old . Rooms are just OK but bathrooms are to be modified as it looks very old and a renovation is highly required . Staff members are very courteous and they attend to your needs on priority . The location is good .

Soft spoken staff and the room was clean. They even helped me to get back my file which has been left in the hotel itself. Thank you for the support and I wish to come again but water problem was there in the first but later it was corrected

Good hotel, nice room (clean bed). Hotel is nearby touring busstop and a mall.Wi-Fi works good in de wifi area!Bathroom is ok, good for use, it has warm water. Friendly and helpful staff.We had a nice stay.

This is one of the worst, pathetic and dilapidated hotels I have ever stayed, they are still enjoying their faded past glory and pride, rooms are shabby, stinky, and shadowy, toilets are old-fashioned and not maintained, toilet knobs will come out at your hand every now and then, Stinky smell will

We had booked 2 non AC rooms online. We were very delayed - reached around 10 already tired. First room - had a dead cockroach near bed. There was a foul smell in the room too. Hotel rooms are having only Window ac. Bathroom door lock was not functioning. Bed above wall was head oil marks & faded paints. Full of noise. Unable to sleep peacefully. Hotel room outside to lift walking area is full of dust & sand. Lift were not working most of the time. 3 rooms got changed sti

I called this hotel 2 days before my journey to book ac economy room and they confirmed the same. After reaching the hotel they told me that I have to stay in non AC room till afternoon and only after that they shifted us to AC room. AC room window had a gap due to which AC cooling was not effective

We occupied the SUITE room no. 605. The room is not as good to the standard of Suite room & the higher rent of Rs. 8,000/- for a day. The horrible thing is the bathroom has a tub bath which leaks & entire bathroom floor is filled with water. There is no head shower & the only hand shower is leaking

Its always important for a solo female traveller to have a safe and comfortable stay. I have been coming to Mangalore for two years and always stay here. The staff gives me early check in and always cooperate in every regard.Rooms are very spacious, maintained and food is yummy. Suggest to work upon
