Pros- secluded location in the middle of the forest- no connectivity (could be a con depending on your requirements)- different experience with the heritage setting- Nice long walk upto one tree hill point, where it is located (again could be a con depending on whether you enjoy hiking)- You can pay

I had been trying to book this place since a while and finally got a chance to go here.. and its definitely worth the wait. Although i went here in the summers which made it hot during the day, evenings are cool and pleasant given the elevation to sea level. Monsoon and winters would be ideal to vis

The quaint Fleetwood Villa, situated at an isolated end of Matheran, requires an effort to get there but the walk/horse ride there is picturesque and free of the tourist rush. We went as a group of 4 for 1 night. I had read Trip advisor reviews before coming and thought we would manage easily. We are all used to budget accommodation and living without creature comforts. However, what was in store for us was something none of us expected. We liked the picturesque setting

Food is rice-plate quality as there is no proper cook. Furniture is old , dilapitated and torn. No fresh linen or mattresses. There is a do

Fleetwood House is a beautiful old bungalow. We stayed in a suite of 3 bedrooms which was perfect as we were travelling with our 2 young children 1 1/2 and 4, our maid and my grandmother. And we all loved it! My older son did not come indoors from 6:30 in the morning when he jumped out of bed until
