I loved every bit of my stay at Treebo Trend Shalimar in the Forest, Matheran. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, rooms were neat and comfortable. There was entertainment in the evening on the weekend and the food was delicious and yummy. Overall it was a really pleasurable experience.

Hotel service was good but need more options in hotel services and amenities for kids. Network issue was also there inside rooms. service person should be well qualified who can help any type of customers

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and polite. Food is very good, tasty and freshly prepared. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Matheran.

Kind and helpful staff. Hygienic and well maintained rooms and bathroom. Quality of food was also great. Went out of the way for special requests. Really happy with the services and was worthy of the amount payed.

Excellent customer service; nice vintage rooms. Good food. Santoshbhai owns the property and is a very warm individual. Their entire staff is superb. They will make everything possible for your comfortable stay. Will certainly visit again

Local guy recommended as we went in the midnight 25th Nov, he charged 9000 for 1 night nd 1 day, AC not working, food was soggy, geyser nor working during midnigh & early morning we checkout on 26th 10 am

One of the best Hotel ever!Amazing, the food is very good, it is very clean and the people are super friedlich.You can choose from a big varty of different meals. Again i can only suggest to visit the Shalimar hotel matheran youself it is amazing.
