We are very disappointed with the  service and cleanliness of this hotel and discussed this with Operational manager Mr Srivastva and Front office manager Mr Pankaj. **Towels had hole in them.**Bed sheet is full of creases and stains which implies that has not been changed since previous guests left

Worst ever experience of a hotel. Uncourteous staff…. They changed rooms after giving because they took some other booking …. Very poor rooms with shabby windows and unclean sheets…. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean everyday and ask us to call reception for additional cleaning instructions
