The welcome was OK not as professional as in other hotels. We had to ask for tea making facilities and hand towels and toilet paper (the basics). I would give negative stars if the option was available. Terrible hotel. Very dirty. The hotel is very far from the station. The staff is rude and downright dismissive. They don’t even acknowledge your existence. We stayed there from oct 25-27. But the place was terrible. We paid for early check in
