It was a great experience here . Staff was very humble and taste of food was also like home food. There is also a husky at reception counter which was very sweet and playful with everyone. Overall it was a nice experience here at Mount Regency

Found big stains on bedsheet, blankets, and sofa. You need to ask for everything, be it tea consumables, toiletries, heating or anything else. Bathroom tap was broken and couldn't be fixed entire day. Hot water was not coming during the day. Very limited options in breakfast.

Had booked hotel from 5th Jan to 6th Jan 2022 (PNR 0076196456).Overall a good stay for family. AC heater were provided that made the stay comfortable.May be Dining area can be moved from basement to other open area, during the pandemic times.Thank-You team.

Our room was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, co-prerative and helpful. So was the management. The breakfast was a buffet but we can order dishes of our choice for dinner form the hotel menu. Overall had a nice experience at Hotel Mount Regency.

Old property, bad washrooms, Guys dont get attracted towards photos of this hotel, because its totally opposite in real. Horrible experience. Hot water is only available in the morning. Dirty property. Dont invest ur money in this property.

Came to Abu to spend last day of the year 2019 and first day 9f 2020. Hotel Mount Regency stay was fabulous. Cottage room was very cosy in this chilly weather. View was also very good. Hotel staff very caring and supportive. Good management. Nearby to market. Overall good stay..
