We travelled to Mt Abu as a transit in Oct 2020 on our way to Jaisalmer. Reached at night and saw a hotel which was very well lit from the front. that attracted us to the hotel where the owner Mr Lalwani was himself standing and getting some work done at the porch. One of our friend went to see the

Good hotel and clean rooms but terrible staff and services. The hotel staff was super rude and arrogant. Not recommended because of rude behaviour of staff and owner as well. Good service is what hotels are about. But we were disappointed for that particular reason.

Believe everything you read about this Sheraton hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return.The location is perfect,our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a garden!wow.The staff is wonderful patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep) . Wish I could of stayed lo
