Luxury hotel on the lake side... one of the best locations in this lake town!This is very nice and well maintained hotel. The location is very nice at the mall road which makes this hotel even more special. Rooms are very cozy and very well maintained. They have centralised heater which makes stay even more comfortable, runs 4pm to 9 am. Every Room have a lake view with a balcony with good space.

We have booked the suite for 2 nights .Location is very nice on the Mall Road. Lake facing Common balcony for all rooms and separate table and chair in front of each room. Small terrace garden on each floor. Suite room sufficient for couple and small kids. Service is also satisfactory. Hot water is

Took a chance to enter the spectacular alka hotel at the Mall Road Nainital with my family for dinner. And we had such a wonderful experience of the vegetarian food. Which was outstanding. The owner mr ved was very courteous and the serving waiters were immaculately trained. The food was excellent

Worst ever hotel in Nainital, shaby rooms, uncleaned and stinky toilet. Poor service they will loot you by asking for tips. Food is inexorably high 1 cup of tea cost around 170 plus 18%gst. During check out around 20 helpers/waiters are asking for tip and they will force you and continuously follow

Worst ever booking experience. There is no way to book the rooms. Their website does not work. They recommend to drop an email. I sent email two times, but no response. Everything was just Excellent. Courteous Management and Staff, always ready to help and make you happy. The hotel is located at Mall Road and view from the Balconies are excellent covering the Mall Road and the Naini Lake. The ambience/decor in the rooms as well as in the Restaurant very very nice

Clean rooms with good heating. Overall good stay. We haven't taken any meal so can't comment on the food but they a restaurant which was looking very good in look and feel, ambiance. The staff is very helpful. Alka hotel is right on Mall road so the best place to enjoy the mall road late at night. O
