Nice hotel, nice hospitality, nice location .. all in all good experience. We were allocated room at 3rd flt which was little tough job climbing those stairs.. but other wise it was a pleasant experience. The location of hotel makes it convenient to roam around the mall road and nearby places

Beware of this hotel. You are in for a terrifying experience. They don’t provide room heaters! We booked 2 rooms for last week of December and they refused to give us heaters when the toom temperature was nearly 1 degree C. The room was so chilly that we thought we might freeze to death! I stayed with my family for 3 nights. We had kids as well as elders in our group. The location is really good just opposite the boating point. Food is also very nice. They could work more on the cleanliness of the room particularly the family suites. The rooms on first floor have a lot of road noise

India Hotel is a 50-year old heritage hotel in Nainital. The view from the topmost floor is by far the best view of the Naini lake. Highly recommend staying at the Glass Room.
