It is a clean and freshly painted hotel. Staffs are very courteous. The room we stayed in was a bit small but comfortable. In fact all rooms in the hotel are of this size only. Food options were not plenty but likely to satisfy all kinds of taste buds. The waiter Raj - who said he was from Bhaharich

I was 2 days ago stay in his hotel for 2 nights with my family hotel location is excellent and very pieceful for relaxation also just 15 minutes walking from market and 2 km far from famous Mall road for evening enjoy surrounding beautifull Naini Lake . Great place to stay, I stayed here on my visit to Nanital for a friend’s wedding. So we had some additional requests - seating arrangement outside the room, room heaters, etc. Staff is always ready to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease. Loved our time at this beautiful property.

I visited this hotel in Dec 2019 And trust me it a hell. There is no heating system, they will charge 400/- for heater. Timings for warm water but no guarantee if you get hot water. Moreover, They charge you for hot water, if somehow you won't be able to use hot water before time. I booked a package

Very poor service, mannerless staff, dirty bathroom, no warm water... Rs 400 extra for useless heaters that gets blasted at any point of time... Very disappointing... Not advisable to stay here, waste of money..

Bedsheet & pillow's and room are very dirty and unhygienic. I also attached the pics. Washroom are very dirty I missed some pics of that, they promised about hot water with timing but it never works. They mentioned a long list of amenities but you will get nothing in the room. They charged me 40/- o

the hotel is strategically placed away from the main city not very far but you can say just 10 minute distance by car which kind of it at one of the best locations to stay in Nainital. you don't want to be around all the crowded places and enjoy a good time with your family and friends which is why

The hotel was very nice especially staff and their services. Mr. Dhiraj Singh Dev and Arjun fartiyal were very kind and helpful. The location is quite away from main nainital, apart from that for very nice view and piece of mind this hotel is highly recommended

Although the room is smaller, facilities provided are adequate. The food was one of the positive side of the hotel. The WiFi was not working when I visited there and could not get hot water in the basin which is required at 1 or 2°c
