The location is excellent, just 2-3 minutes from the mall road, and the hotel has a pick and drop service which is very convenient. The rooms are beautifully done up and quite spacious. We arrived at around 10:30am the rooms were available by 11 am, so left the baggage at the reception, took the shuttle to the mall road and went around Nainital for siteseeing, boating by the lake, lunch at mall road and a visit to the local zoo and returned to the hotel by hotel shuttle by 4:30pm
