Typical example of how to lie/fool a customer. Right from booking till room was occupied, none of the staff intimated that there will be no hot water in the shower, despite the fact that the solar heater was nonfunctional for quite some days prior. Solution was to give hot water in buckets😡😡Custom

They claim to be a star rated hotel. But staffs need to be trained for that. Very bad experience, staffs were rude. Didn't deliver what promised. Will never recommend. It's just shady bar and nothing more.

A new hotel with clean but small rooms. Given the small space, the hotel is priced high. Probably for the good fittings in the toilet. Service is average. What a surprise!! This hotel is too good for the price we paid..Rs 1500 for a night was too good. Rooms were clean and spacious. Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was really good with western selection on menu. Overall satisfying stay. Highly recommended!!
