Pre Covid...i have stayed in AK Suites at least 4 times, once for 10 days at a time and I loved the place and their hospitality. Hence it was one hotel that felt like home in Patiala. Post Covid I moved to Patiala and never had the opportunity to stay there again.On 31st Aug...I wanted to celebrate a very special day for a friend plus wanted to stay the night for old times sake. After check in...a

Ak suitesWorst hospitality, pathetic staff, dirty bedsheets and towels, no windows, super small rooms. Worst is rooms are located on third floor and their lift is not working or probably they don’t want guest to use it so be ready to walk 3 floors up and down after paying for ak suites (patiala). Fo

The good: Food was good, rooms and linen was fairly clean, location was convenient, some of the staff was brilliant and very courteous.The bad: The housekeeping staff would ask all my guests anytime they would step out of the hotel if they were checking out. Morning breakfast service was quite slow
