It was such a awesome view and stay at the hotel. Staff is so co-operative and so much attentive. Specially Staff Named " Rodha" she is so much helpful from check-in to check-out process. I've never seen the whole kanchenjunga view from balcony which was possible here

Excellent view from the glass window just above the bed is the best part of the hotel. You can enjoy the view lying on your bed. Staff are so lovely al, quick is providing you an assistant you required. Food quality on top. If you want to keep your self away for some time from the busy life then it'

Breakfast : Very good. Rooms : Above reception with views is good, and below reception without views are worse, especially room 202( no ventilation, no fresh air). You must book only if you get rooms with view above reception.You can check with them for food varieties, including Jain food.

I stayed at this property for 2N/3D. It was a pathetic experience. It doesn't even deserve to get one star. The worst part is the room service and housekeeping. Location is decent. View was excellent. Room was cozy. Food can be expensive and taste is subjective. There are no restaurants in the vicinity, so plan accordinglyManager Rodha was very polite and courteous. Staff was helpful and polite.

The place has mesmerising view from room. With great service ,staff to awesome food, everything at Sila Norphel is just immaculate. Yatrika is a great coordinator and she helped us with our booking, cab facility and a perfect and peaceful stay at Sila Norphel. Higly reccomended.
