Let me start with the first day ..my check in process was very smooth I didn't had to wait with the kids to get the room. The room was very neat and clean as we entered. The senior housekeeping staff Mr Nikku Mukhia helped us with getting the room cleaned all days with the kids being around and play

One of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced. Rooms are very comfortable with an exceptional view of the Kanchenjunga mountains when the atmosphere is clear. They have a great meal preparation (especially for vegetarian meals) and their buffet does not compromise on quality like most hotel buffets

Great hotel with 100% pure veg restaurant facilities . However hotel should provide heater as well as extra blanket in the room without additional charges as these are the necessities in hill areas. Rest facilities are amazing and amazing view of Kanchenjunga from room.

They charge extra for providing room heaters we took the premium room which is big in size and even after paying for heater they give us a. Tiny heater which cannot warm the room leading us to falling sick in cold Feb weather.They have worst customer service staff. Never stay with this chain of hote

It was amazing stay at the udaan pine Crest. The view from the premium room 101 that we stayed had very large windows with view of lush green mountains and kanchenjunga view. Food is amazing, fully veg and very tasty. Especially thanks to Mr Pankaj and Ms Sushila for hosting us at the grain restaura

I was fortunate to stay only 1 night at Udaan Hotel Pine Crest. This property is advertised as 4 star but it is not even an 3 star property. Rooms, Services, Breakfast, Hotel Staff is not well trained at this property. Interiors of the rooms, bathrooms is not even of 3 star grade. If you have stayed

A well guided easy room check in process by Sajita , We had choose premium room which was having a great mountain view . We had choose Jain food and it was awesome in taste . One should choose udaan properties as it is veg friendly and good for Jain's also.
