My 5 star rating is for the sweet staff, excellent guest services, the huge room size, clean well armoured washroom, smart room switches, excellent breakfast buffet stretch.The property is a giant with magnanimous lobby, restaurant and huge rooms. But what it lacks is maintenance, I wish they take

The room was very ordinary with no hot water available for the entire 10 days of stay , we got bucket hot water . The hotel people kept telling that the heater was not working and I dint know whether they took some steps to repair that . The restaurant was top class with Captain Raj hosting us well

Excellent room and the services were really good. Complimentary breakfast was really amazing. The in-room dinning menu was exotic and the food met my expectations both quality and quantity wise. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place for couples and business purposes.
