Ambience of this hotel is beautiful, everything was excellent only foods are so much expensive..apart from that it's very good hotel to stay in. Behaviour of all staff was really good and Roshani Madam has also taken care during breakfast and again all staff behaviour was very cordial.

Looked good and came at a good price. The room was nice but staff training is not good. No hot water when I arrived (had a refreshing cold shower) and they took ages to correct. This is hotel is not worth for stay . Major disappointment was breakfast . Paid Rs 950 for two people and subzi was burnt and hotel people are so arrogant not to accept it and also variety was so less and later had to go out for breakfast after paying 950 . Rooms AC were not working and housekeeping

Visited 3rd Time in 5 Months I have complained about AC cooling and hot water in the room but no one cares to solve the issue. Hotel staff and management need to take the problems seriously. Hope they might improve accordingly.
