We stayed as part of a group in Feb 2020. Luxury hotel in the heart of the city, close to shopping street and market. Its a very modern hotel, designed beautifully. Quality of food is not up to the expectations. We ordered for cream of tomato soup it was very solty. Second time after replacing it it was almost restless. Stayed here for 4 days. Cannot fault it. Clean and comfortable. Staff are efficient and helpful. Just the breakfast was a bit repetitive but if you asked for something different they would accommodate.I would recommend this hotel and it's in walking distance to shopping malls is a bonus.

Booing was accepted so left bags at hotel to be transferred to room while hubby going treatment to hospital.Upon return were informed no booking. They could see my hubby in pain and needed rest. We had to do a new booking at a much higher rate that also without breakfast. Call this HOSPITALITY???T
