Stayed for 10 (ten) nights in their most expensive suit. On day 1, had to change room as the wet carpet was too smelly in the original room assigned. Overall the staff is cooperative and provides good service, food is decent, room service is fastest I have ever seen, the location could not be beat.H

A warm welcome when you arrive and kind staff throughout but a hotel that is in need of refreshing. It is considered THE place to stay in Rajkot. The entrance is grand, the reception areas including the breakfast room are grand in size and breakfast options fine but things are less so in the rooms

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. This property was managed well many years ago and used to be much better. But in recent years, it has taken a tremendous downturn. The past two stays have been extremely unsatisfactory and our most recent stay in December was very disappointing. T

This hotel boasts of being an "Imperial Palace" through its name but there is nothing imperial about it. It is located in the shopping areas and near the race course, which is where we wanted to be. Extremely pathetic service in restaurant. In dinner ordered Hot and Sour soup and it is not hot at all. Even sizzler was not hot. No smoke coming from plate .In Breakfast you not get tea almost you finish tor breakfast. It used to be best hotel in Rajkot. Quite disappointed to see such a sluggis

We were transferred from Room 102 to 101 both in the old wing and of extreme poor standard. These rooms are run down. Room 102 has a pathetic bathroom, stainedtiles and walls. In the cabinet there were trash items.. The senior desk clerk tactfully indicated to the junior clerk to allocate Room 102.
