The stay at this hotel was terrifying and horrible. The room was merely a cabin with a washroom that did not even had hot water. The room smelled like fungi and felt extremely cold due to lack of ventilation. I dont recommend this at all and hence lost trust in Treebo hotels also.

Staffs were very kind particularly Restaurant and Housekeeping. Response to guest queries to be improved. Looks like oldest property. Barely needs a renovation to meet with treebo standards. Breakfast buffet is very limited.

Condition of the room is very poor, you have to ask for everything right from towel to bucket. 3rd class breakfast...Although food and service staff is good, 1 star just for them...Would recommend to try other options..Probably the worst treebo experience I had...

We stayed this month with family. The rooms for family are very nicely done with facility for third guest to sleep comfortably. Though hotel needs some maintenance and retook at their linen. The overall experience was good and hotel location is also good.

Pros: Nice location, supportive staff and clean rooms. Cons: The room size are too small and having no ventilation. They should improve it and at least one refrigerator must be in the room. They can add bathroom amanitas along with it.

I loved my stay at the hotel. Please book the hitel. It isnon station road in the heart of the ciy. 10 minutes walking distance from ranchi railway station. I lived the staff. Please book the hotel you will not regrt it
