One of the best hotel to stay in Siliguri near Siliguri junction. Had a pleasant stay here. Siliguri bus stand is also near this hotel and many good restaurants are also available here . The receptionist is also very polite and good. good place to stay .

Location, staf behaviour and room is good, but needs to improve service like that complementary room cleaning everyday and dish tv facilities. I couldn't was 2023 men cricket world cup due to not available dish TV service. Hope solve the issues by management for better customer satisfaction.

All the hotel stuff is very helpful in nature, we'll behaved, room quality is good.Min required is morning complimentary breakfast as a working professional which is lacking for me.It need to develop. Other wise overall experience is good for the stay of 3 nights as official trip.
