Excellent hygiene specially with respect to covid19 nice comfortable rooms and tasty meals as per choiceThough delivery of food was bit slow but that is understood during today's circumstances. I stayed for one day on my official visit to Surat.cooperation of staff was very polite

I was amazed with the cleanliness and hygiene of this hotel stayed for 15 days and everyday felt as I was provided with a fresh room. Thanks to Miss Sujata Behra for house keeping service. And yes not forgetting the delicious and timely Meals with Excellent Resturant service by Mr Anjan and Sajjad.

Nicely cleaned room by housekeeping staff sujata and sanju.. Would recommend business travellers to stay in this hotel as very near to the railway station. Usually other hotels in the vicinity are not clean and cossy as compared to this one in Surat.

Rooms are quite okay with small size and reasonable rates , Actually lovely food they are serving with best hospitality. Food quality is awesome for breakfast and dinner . Balcony of restaurant is best for sitting with friends or colleagues.

Nice stay and cooperative staff. Good food and very well services. Good breakfast. Staff like Sujata, housekeeping staff Saju and Manish provide good services to guest and solving problems ASAP. Recommended to people who travel in Surat. If any issues try to contact Ms Purvi at reception desk.

It seems Ginger is on cost cutting on service. No towel, no water bottles, no soap, even the shampoo,handwash fillers are empty. TV is out of subscription. Inspite of several calls , no body bothered to get the subscription done. Tea tray is almost empty,having only 1 tea bag, 1 coffee sachet and 2
