Jan 2019 Excellent service . Staff is doing great . Hotel is full of facility. Very clean rooms n bathroom are very good . No need of calling room service unnecessarily . Room service are very fast . All staff is very active . Food is good . I think if i think of surat only one hotel in my mind orange internationalStayed in this hotel over a period of three weeks in three different stays. Positive

It's a very beautiful, clean of great standard hotel near the railway station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff from the lobby, restaurant and the guys opening the front door of the hotel gets 5star. Staff are super helpful & friendly. Their breakfast is so good with a lot of varieties. The o

Extremely friendly and accommodating hotel. I will always be back. The staff leave you feeling like the only person around. Best place ever for me. All family members travel and stay here, positive feed back every time

Clean Hotel, nice room excellent service ,Near train station,in house restaurant Food was delicious. 1st time visit but going remember long time.good for family and business. Safe and secure.staff are friendly. They deliver the news paper in morning to your room.

Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean. All requests met. Good selection of buffet breakfast and the dinner menu was goodRoom was adequate and clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect right by the station. We could walk to the hotel.

Beautiful room close to the railway station, shopping malls and medical centers.Visited most of the sights and historical places in India.Also visited the wonder of the world and all major cities.I've been to my grand parents place of birth and saw my roots.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms were a good size, very clean a little bit clinical though I'm not complaining about it, overall all comfortable. Do request a non-smoking room if you don't smoke, one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff were helpful

Loved the location of this hotel, it was 2 min walking distance from railway station and as well as drom bus depo,Closed to textile market, service was also pretty good, the breakfast was fabulous, there was selection of healthy options though,We will like to visit this hotel again
