I had booked a room with double occupancy and even paid for daily breakfast in advance for two. Unfortunately my wife could not join me and the hotel refused to refund the breakfast charges for a person who could not make it. This was so unethical on the part of the hotel. Inspite of facing no loss

i was in a business trip to surat and by mistake i have selected this hotel and now feel really really very sad about my decision. the rooms are not sound proof, getting disturbed by the sound of the trains.the bed and pillows are not at all smooth and soft, its damn bloody hard.No room service.In t

Neat and clean room, Food was awesome. Near to railway station, Recommend for family and business trips to surat. Service was very good. Not enough parking space is the only concern as the this may create issue some time due to heavy rush near railway station.

I usually preferred this place as it is having location advantage (explain below) over other hotels...I visited Surat on early in August ,2015 which is lasted for 3 days where I stayed at Vetro inn, Though in past I stayed for two times eariler ......i would love to say that THIS HOTEL NEVER FAILED
