Room was very dirty, service was very slow. They take 2 hours in delivering food. I had ordered thali but some of thr items were missing, when I told them it is missing they haven't delivered it. Staff was very rude. When we complain about food they are asking us question like we are lying to them.

Highly recommended this hotel, very good staff like Roshan. He is very helpful during 20 days stay. Service is really good and quick. The ambience of the hotel is good, good food and comfy rooms, and also any kind issue you can contact Roshan or any other staff they vesy responsive.

Neat & clean hotel. Stay & service was good. VITS all staff is so helpful specially Receptionist Namira Ma'am so kind & helpful. Food was deliseous, only 300 m walking distance from surat railway station.Hotel Ambiance so nice. 5 star hotel.Best suitebale family, business travel.

Clean linen. Clean room and washroom. Room is so small. They are playing bhajans in restaurant which was very uncomfortable for me and also for another religion,which i realy don't like it. Worshipping is personal thing which should not impose to others.
